• Process and track stockist and custom orders from confirmation to delivery
• Liaise with Logistics for timely deliveries and resolve fulfilment issues
• Maintain accurate sales, inventory, and retail records using systems like Apparel Magic
• Support sales reports and provide insights on stockist performance
• Assist in planning and executing retail events, pop-ups, and activations
• Receive and record inventory, ensuring accuracy of product details
• Prepare and pack stockist orders and event inventory across multiple locations
• Conduct stock counts and support inventory reconciliation
