Sterling Pride Limited is hiring a Group Human Resource Manager to lead HR strategy and operations across its hospitality units in Abuja.

What it offers

• Full-time, onsite role
• Salary range: ₦400,000 – ₦500,000 per month

Who can apply

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certification: CIPM certification is compulsory
• Experience: 5–10 years of proven HR experience in the hospitality industry
• Skills: Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, HR best practices, leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems is an added advantage

What you'll do

• Coordinate, supervise and monitor HR Executives across all business units
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and best practices
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and organisational policies
• Drive learning and development initiatives and support organisational growth
• Oversee compensation, benefits and workforce planning
• Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
