Salve Consulting Limited is seeking a proactive HR Manager to lead people operations and act as a strategic HR partner in Lagos, Nigeria.

What it offers

• Full-time, hybrid role based in Lagos
• Salary range: ₦400,000 – ₦500,000/month

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage
• 4–5 years of progressive HR experience, including managing HR operations independently
• Prior experience with NGOs, social enterprises, or mission-driven organisations is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR compliance requirements
• Experience managing an HRIS platform; proficiency in SeamlessHR is required

What you'll do

• Lead core HR operations: employee lifecycle management, record-keeping, attendance, leave, and performance management
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes
• Provide strategic HR advisory to leadership on people strategy, organisational structure, and workforce capacity
• Champion organisational culture, values, and inclusion through engagement initiatives and policy alignment
• Ensure HR policy compliance with Nigerian labour laws and NGO sector best practices
• Manage learning and development, performance appraisals, and HRIS administration
