Who can apply

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in transport and logistics

• Knowledge of vehicle mechanics, diagnostics, and maintenance

What you'll do

• Plan transport operations: schedule routes, allocate drivers and vehicles
• Manage fleet: oversee maintenance, ensure roadworthiness and safety compliance, monitor fuel use and performance
• Supervise drivers: set schedules, enforce company policies and traffic regulations
• Ensure legal compliance: maintain valid licenses, permits, insurance, and documentation; uphold health and safety rules
• Control costs: prepare budgets, manage fuel and maintenance expenses, identify efficiency improvements
• Coordinate logistics: work with procurement and customer service to ensure timely deliveries and resolve delays
• Maintain records: track maintenance, fuel, mileage, driver activities, and prepare performance reports
• Manage safety and risk: implement road safety policies, investigate accidents, conduct inspections and briefings
• Handle customer service: address complaints and ensure delivery timelines are met
• Monitor KPIs: track delivery times, fuel efficiency, vehicle utilization, and driver performance; recommend improvements
