• Good knowledge of motor vehicle spare parts, vehicle makes and models, and parts cataloguing systems

What you'll do

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming motor vehicle spare parts
• Organize and store spare parts systematically for easy identification and retrieval
• Issue spare parts to customers and workshop personnel
• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct spare parts
• Process sales transactions and prepare quotations
• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual or computerized systems
• Conduct regular stock counts and participate in periodic stock audits
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment of fast-moving items
• Ensure proper labeling, shelving, and housekeeping of the spare parts store
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and sales reports
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of stock
• Adhere to company policies on inventory control, safety, and loss prevention
