Group Human Resource Manager

Michelle Cloete Consulting Pty Ltd is hiring a Group Human Resource Manager to lead its Group Shared Services HR function in East London, South Africa.

Who can apply

• At least 5 years’ HR experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory, management or senior HR role
• Appropriate HR-related qualification (preferably NQF 6 or higher)
• Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practice
• Strong administrative capability and attention to detail
• Commercially minded with the ability to balance business requirements, people considerations and risk management
• Ability to influence, coach and work collaboratively with managers across multiple business units
• Ability to establish credibility, trust and productive working relationships across all levels of the organisation
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills
• High levels of professionalism
