What you'll do

• Train, supervise, and motivate Sales Executives to achieve daily targets
• Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures
• Review and share client loan applications (dockets) with relevant teams
• Assess loan applications, especially those above 3M
• Drive marketing and client acquisition within your cluster
• Monitor loan repayments and ensure timely repayments
• Track and report team performance on assessments and collections
• Ensure compliance with company directives
• Oversee loan disbursement processes on scheduled days
• Report issues or challenges to management
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management
