- Design and deliver engaging training sessions.
- Use Kempinski’s e-learning platform (Lobsterink) to provide performance insights.
- Coach managers and trainers to elevate departmental output.
- Curate bespoke learning journeys for the Executive Committee and Department Heads.
- Lead Kempinski DNA activities to instill brand values.
- Partner with department heads to evaluate service quality using Kempinski Experience Assessment (KEA) and ReviewPro.
- Mentor the training team and identify candidates for the Master Trainer designation.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly regional and corporate training reports.
- Uphold Kempinski’s core values and corporate training policies.
- Maintain compliance with annual statutory training requirements.
