What you'll do

• Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) on injection moulding machines (Milacron, Haitian, Zhafir, Engel; 80T–1300T) following prescribed schedules, checklists, and procedures.
• Assist in breakdown diagnosis and execute corrective maintenance actions under instruction; escalate faults promptly and accurately when beyond assigned scope.
• Perform routine checks and servicing on hydraulic systems — oil levels, filter changes, seal replacements, valve cleaning — and report abnormalities.
• Service and maintain auxiliary equipment (hopper loaders, dryers, chillers, conveyor systems, temperature controllers).
• Maintain accurate and timely maintenance records for PM completion, parts consumed, breakdown details, and corrective actions; submit within the same shift.
• Monitor assigned machines during production runs, identify early warning signs of mechanical or electrical issues, and report immediately to the expat engineer.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and quality standards.
