Production Supervisor, Injection Moulding / Blow Moulding

Production Supervisors oversee injection and blow moulding operations in Nigeria, ensuring daily output meets plan and quality standards.

What you'll do

• Supervise operators on 80T–1300T machines during each shift.
• Monitor machine-by-machine output against the daily plan; investigate shortfalls and escalate risks to the Factory Manager or PPE.
• Enforce correct production procedures, cycle times, material loading, and changeover instructions.
• Perform regular floor walks to check machine status, product quality, material usage, and operator adherence.
• Coordinate with maintenance engineers on stoppages; record downtime and follow up for resumption.
• Enforce reject and rework segregation; ensure operators tag non-conforming parts and capture reject counts per shift.
