What you'll do

• Prepare Requests for Quotes.
• Identify discrepancies in customer and OEM purchase orders and prepare internal corrections and permission before external communication.
• Update and monitor the open orders spreadsheet regularly.
• Inspect orders upon arrival to ensure correct quantity and products.
• Register and manage Forms ‘M’ with Commercial Banks for company importations.
• Process Risk Assessment Reports with government-appointed Scanning Companies.
• Coordinate activities of Customs Agents in clearing all imports.
• Maintain records of all communication with OEMs and customers regarding orders.
• Track orders from placement through delivery.
• Pass relevant item information to the logistics team and colleagues.
• Update the goods inventory record.
• Accompany delivery of goods to customers' warehouses within Nigeria.
• Maintain the asset register with the Accountant.
• Perform other reasonable tasks as directed by office managers.
