What you'll do

• Data Entry & Record-Keeping: Accurately input and maintain day-to-day financial transactions.
• Invoice Processing: Prepare and process basic invoices and receipts; cross-check against payments and expenses.
• Accounts Support: Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks; flag outstanding balances.
• Bank Reconciliation Support: Help reconcile bank statements and petty cash records under supervision.
• Filing & Documentation: Organize and maintain financial documents, receipts, and records (physical and digital).
• Expense Tracking: Monitor and log organizational and property-related expenses.
• Software Utilization: Use internal accounting software to enter, update, and retrieve financial account information.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including preparing simple reports and assisting during audits.
