• Salary: ₦150,000 net pay per month, with incentives up to ₦800,000
• Role is full-time and onsite

Who can apply

• Qualification: OND/HND or bachelor’s degree
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in partner development, business development, or channel management
• Preferred sectors: solar/renewable energy, microfinance banking, telecoms, or FMCG

What you'll do

• Build and manage partnerships to accelerate Lumos’ business growth in assigned territories
• Drive field sales and distribution of solar products to meet revenue and customer-acquisition targets
• Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales, community engagement, and market activations
• Conduct regular field visits, prospecting, and door-to-door sales
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, usage, and payment options
• Monitor competitors, customer feedback, and market trends; provide insights to management
• Track sales performance against KPIs and submit accurate field reports
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales operations, customer service, marketing) to ensure seamless support
• Attend sales meetings and training to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness
• Validate installations, product usage, and authenticity of completed sales
