Who can apply

What you'll do

• Drive sales strategy implementation and achieve customer acquisition and repayment targets.
• Lead and manage a territory team for sales, inventory, customer onboarding, and repayment collection.
• Oversee end-to-end sales processes: customer acquisition, product installation, activation, and app/service adoption.
• Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, and capability development.
• Prepare and submit sales reports to the VP Community Business.
• Conduct sales promotion activities within the assigned budget.
• Ensure prompt customer payments and minimize bad debts.
• Formulate state sales strategies to expand distribution and community partnerships.
