One Young World Summit Leading Scholarship 2027 in South Africa (Fully Funded)

One Young World’s Leading Scholarship 2026 funds young leaders to attend the annual One Young World Summit in Cape Town, South Africa.

What it offers

• Full delegate access to the One Young World Summit in Cape Town from 3 – 6 November 2026
• Hotel accommodation between 2 and 6 November 2026
• Catering (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
• Reimbursement of travel costs to and from Cape Town, with the requirement that flights leave from and return to the same airport

Who can apply

• Applicants aged 18 – 35 at the time of the Summit
• Those with a proven commitment to delivering positive change
• Individuals addressing key local and/or global issues
• Candidates with a track record of generating impactful and innovative ideas

How to apply

• Applications open on 11 June 2026 and close on 31 October 2026
• Apply via the One Young World website to attend the Summit in Cape Town

Good to know

• Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis; selected candidates are notified by email between June and October 2026
• Priority is given to applicants from countries less represented at past Summits and to first-time attendees
• One Young World does not provide individual updates or feedback on unsuccessful applications
• If you need a visa to enter South Africa, you must pay the visa fee and any related costs yourself
