What you'll do

• Own the People Transformation Roadmap, delivering every milestone from Q1 to Q4 on time and with impact
• Facilitate workshops to map current “As-Is” processes, identify bottlenecks, and design “To-Be” workflows prioritising automation and data integrity
• Lead weekly transformation meetings with Talent Acquisition, PBP, and Ops Leads to maintain alignment
• Create communications, training, and change “nudges” to drive adoption of new ways of working
• Implement governance frameworks to prevent data silos and ensure seamless system integration
• Define KPIs and provide regular progress updates to the Chief People Officer
