What you'll do

• Partner with business leaders to operationalize people plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage day-to-day employee lifecycle matters alongside People Operations and Employee Relations.
• Coach line managers on performance management, feedback, and team engagement.
• Analyze people metrics (attrition, engagement, performance) to identify trends and propose solutions.
• Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) such as Talent Management, Total Rewards, Learning, and Employee Relations to deliver enterprise programs.
• Act as a culture champion, driving inclusion and accountability.
