Solidarités International offers a CDD position as Director of Country Programmes (H/F) in Goma, Democratic Republic of the Congo, with an immediate start date. This role supports humanitarian efforts in food security, water, sanitation, and hygiene, alongside cash-based assistance, under a 12-month contract. The position aligns with the organization’s strategy to balance urgent response with long-term development in conflict-affected regions of eastern Congo. Solidarités International operates across over 20 countries, with a focus on durable solutions to address persistent crises, including epidemic prevention and livelihood recovery. The role is part of a growing portfolio, with a projected budget exceeding USD 25 million by 2026 and expansion into new operational bases. The position requires strong leadership in program coordination, stakeholder engagement, and implementation of humanitarian projects, with a focus on protection-sensitive approaches across sectors like food security and water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH).
