Head of Lending, Kenya

Moniepoint, an African business payments and banking platform, is seeking a Head of Lending for its new operations in Kenya. This role focuses on commercial strategy, credit strategy, and profitably managing the lending business, reporting to the Head of Business, Kenya. The position is a pure business role with direct accountability for portfolio performance and credit outcomes, working closely with product, data science, risk, and finance teams.
