Head, Business Kenya at Moniepoint is a full-time commercial leadership role based in Nairobi, accountable for Moniepoint Kenya’s customer satisfaction, market share, revenue and costs.

What it offers

• Own Kenya’s commercial OKRs (customer satisfaction, market share, profit)
• Lead a team of Business Leads across payment acceptance, lending, savings, card and payment issuing
• Define go-to-market strategies, competitive intelligence, growth marketing and LTV optimization
• Manage partnerships with agent networks, aggregators, B2B channels and integration partners

Who can apply

• 10–20 years of professional experience, including owning a P&L in a senior capacity
• Proven leadership of large, multi-functional commercial teams
• Experience in a technology company; fintech or digital financial services preferred
• Direct exposure to Kenyan or East African markets strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success driving scaled commercial growth in competitive markets

What you'll do

• Set strategy and run the full product portfolio commercially
• Manage and develop Business Leads, guiding goal setting and performance reviews
• Build cross-sell and upsell programs to maximize customer lifetime value
• Run commercial operations with data analytics, dashboards and evidence-based decision-making
