Head of Research & Learning

Twaweza East Africa is seeking a Head of Research & Learning to lead their research and learning initiatives. This role focuses on driving evidence-based strategies to improve education outcomes in East Africa through research, learning, and innovation. The position requires a visionary leader with expertise in education research, data analysis, and program development to support Twaweza’s mission of advancing education equity and quality in the region.

Who can apply

Experience in East Africa or a similar region is a plus. A PhD in Education, Social Sciences, or related field is preferred, along with proven leadership in research and learning initiatives. Experience in nonprofit or education sector organizations is highly desirable.
