The WACCBIP-DELTAS II Graduate Internship Programme 2026/2027 offers new graduates a structured internship to build research leadership skills within a leading biomedical research centre.

What it offers

• A monthly stipend as a top-up to the National Service allowance for the successful intern.

Who can apply

• Applicants must have completed undergraduate studies by August/September 2026 and be registered for National Service for the 2026/27 academic year.
• Eligible majors include Biological Sciences, Computer Science, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Psychology, English Communication, and Linguistics.
• Applicants must be hardworking, highly motivated, and interested in promoting scientific research.

What you'll do

• Assist in research activities at WACCBIP.
• Contribute to the delivery of training programmes at WACCBIP.
• Participate in research conferences and workshops.
• Perform other responsibilities assigned by the Director or immediate supervisor.
