FrieslandCampina Global Traineeship Program 2026

FrieslandCampina’s Global Traineeship is a 3-year program designed to cultivate future leaders through structured learning, hands-on roles, and global exposure. Trainees join either the Global Commercial Track (Sales & Marketing) or Global Functions Track (Supply Chain, IT, HR, Finance), with rotations in their home country and opportunities to network with a global cohort.

What it offers

• Two 18-month roles in your home country, each with global exposure and strategic priorities.
• A virtual learning journey alongside trainees worldwide.
• Onboarding week at FrieslandCampina’s HQ in the Netherlands, followed by travel to Malaysia after the first rotation.
• Dedicated mentoring, high-level responsibilities from day one, and fast-track leadership development.

Who can apply

• Fresh graduates or current students in the country of application.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree (preferably in a relevant discipline).
• Fluent in English for all tracks.
• Open to all nationalities; visa sponsorship provided.
