Who can apply

What you'll do
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of vehicle status, activations, and compliance with Vehicle Administration Management System (VAMS). Ensure inactive vehicles do not exceed 2% of the fleet. Collaborate with driver operations to monitor vehicle status.
- Vehicle Setup: Coordinate procurement, documentation, and activation of new vehicles within budget. Upload vehicle data to VAMS accurately.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Schedule, track, and document maintenance for all operational vehicles. Coordinate with authorized workshops to update service records in VAMS. Ensure warranty claims and insurance claims are processed promptly.
- Vehicle Refurbishment: Assess and plan refurbishment for deactivated or churned vehicles. Ensure re-certification adheres to established procedures.
- Fleet Security: Monitor live vehicle tracking via IoT platforms and escalate security issues promptly.
- Administrative Functions: Manage team morale, cost optimization, budgeting, and inventory of spare parts to maximize efficiency.
