What you'll do
- Receive and document new stocks, perform physical and ERP-based stock takes
- Issue parts and engine oil to teams with full documentation
- Monitor reorder levels and determine reorder quantities by analyzing request patterns
- Maintain optimal stock levels via weekly reviews and ERP replenishment
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Raise purchase requests in Odoo for parts and fleet/refurbishment items
- Analyze stock movement to identify fast- and slow-moving items
