The UNDP Gambia is seeking a consultancy to conduct a Research, Baseline, and Institutional Needs Assessment focused on public awareness, access barriers, institutional responsiveness, and citizen satisfaction in The Gambia. The study aims to inform policy development, strengthen public accountability, and expand inclusive access to information. The assessment will map key stakeholders, evaluate barriers faced by marginalized groups (women, youth, persons with disabilities), and generate data to produce actionable recommendations and a policy brief.
