CECAW Finance S.A. is hiring two Operational Controllers for a fixed-term position (CDI) based in Douala, Cameroon. The role requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and 3 years of experience in operational control, auditing, or financial reporting, with expertise in microfinance risk management. The position demands meticulousness, strong analytical skills, and the ability to enforce internal compliance procedures while investigating irregularities and ensuring anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) compliance. Sensitization of internal control culture is also part of the responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include auditing agency procedures, conducting investigations, ensuring reporting, and promoting control culture through training.
