Property Advisor

HFCB Properties Limited is hiring a Property Advisor to drive real estate sales and client relationships.

What it offers

• A role focused on sourcing and closing property sales leads, including residential and commercial plots
• Responsibility for end-to-end sales within the HFDI project and daily sales reporting

Who can apply

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 1 years’ experience as a Marketer/Sales Executive in the real estate sector
• Competent user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and customer relationship management tools

What you'll do

• Source and close sales leads to meet project targets
• Generate leads via project marketing, cold calling, referrals, and media
• Maintain all client engagements in the CRM
• Conduct market surveys on competing property prices
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using CRM systems
• Build and maintain client relationships throughout the customer journey
• Promote property sales at events such as expos and mall activations
• Follow up on document preparation and approvals (booking forms, offer letters, sale agreements, transfer documents)
• Upload customer payment evidence and ensure timely collections with 85% compliance to payment plans
• Issue cancellation notices via the CRM as per policy
• Identify mortgage clients early and track their applications centrally
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws and maintain professionalism in all client engagements
