HFCB Bancassurance Intermediary is hiring a Direct Sales Representative – Bancassurance to sell insurance products, grow customer acquisition, and meet sales targets.

Who can apply

• Academic & Professional: Diploma from a reputable institution. Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage.
• Certification: Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance (COP) is mandatory. ACII or AIIK or progress towards the same is an added advantage.
• Experience: Six months of sales experience.
• Competencies: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and MS Office skills. Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities. Ability to work under pressure with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
