Travel Consultant

Join a dynamic team as a Travel Consultant in Nigeria, providing expert guidance on travel planning, visa processes, and study-abroad opportunities. This role involves client consultation, documentation handling, and sales conversion to meet company targets.

What you'll do

• Provide professional travel consultation and guidance to clients.
• Assist with visa applications, including requirements and documentation.
• Handle flight reservations, ticketing, and itinerary planning.
• Advise clients on suitable travel destinations, visa options, and travel requirements.
• Support students and clients with international education and study-abroad enquiries.
• Prepare and review clients’ travel and visa documentation.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into sales.
• Maintain excellent relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Keep up to date with visa policies, airline requirements, travel regulations, and destination information.
• Handle client enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Maintain accurate records of clients, applications, bookings, and transactions.
• Work with team members to achieve company sales and service targets.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel arrangements.
