Recruiter

The Recruiter role is a full-time position based in Uganda, focused on leading and optimizing recruitment processes for mid-to-senior level and core roles. The position involves strategic planning, team leadership, and stakeholder management to ensure efficient hiring and talent pipeline development.

What you'll do

• Develop annual and quarterly recruitment plans aligned with business needs.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the recruitment team to improve capability and delivery efficiency.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level and core roles, including needs analysis, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Source candidates proactively through BrighterMonday, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, job fairs, and community networks.
• Liaise with department heads and hiring managers to define role profiles and meet recruitment requirements.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key positions to support business expansion.
• Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruitment events, and online branding initiatives to enhance employer reputation.
• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and channel effectiveness.
