• Bachelor’s Degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in cosmetic product development, formulation, or project management.
• Strong understanding of cosmetic ingredients, formulations, manufacturing, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in FMCG, beauty, or manufacturing is an advantage.

What you'll do

• Lead cosmetic product development from concept through formulation, testing, regulatory compliance, and commercial launch.
• Research cosmetic trends, consumer behavior, ingredient innovation, and emerging market opportunities.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables.
• Evaluate product viability, pricing strategies, and commercial scalability.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, ESG, finance, and operations teams.
• Build and manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, regulatory bodies, and strategic partners.
• Support go-to-market planning, product positioning, and revenue optimization strategies.
• Present business cases, project performance, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
