Prestigious Consulting Group is hiring a Food Manufacturing Project Manager in Lagos to lead food manufacturing and product development projects from concept to commercialization.

What it offers

• Lead food manufacturing and product development projects from concept through commercialization
• Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and client expectations
• Coordinate product formulation, pilot production, scale-up, and commercialization
• Ensure compliance with NAFDAC, GMP, HACCP, and other food safety standards
• Work with manufacturing teams to improve production processes and product quality
• Support proposal development, project scoping, and client engagement
• Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management

Who can apply

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
• 4 – 6 years' experience in food manufacturing, product development, or food processing
• Proven experience managing food products from concept to commercial production
• Strong knowledge of NAFDAC registration, GMP, HACCP, and food manufacturing processes
• Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing is highly preferred
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience working within a food manufacturing facility or food processing company
