Who can apply

• Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, Sales, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in FinTech, Mobile Money, Banking, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs), Treasury, OTC Trading, Digital Payments, or Financial Services.
• Prior experience in business growth, operations, client relationship management, or leadership/supervisory roles is advantageous.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain relationships with regulators, banks, merchants, and payment partners.
• Support treasury and liquidity management, payment operations, business development, and partnership support.
• Track financial performance, assist with budgeting, and provide P&L support.
• Ensure compliance with AML/CFT, KYC, and regulatory standards.
