• Salary range: KSh 30,000 – KSh 50,000 per month

Who can apply

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related field
• Experience: 2–6 years in business development, partnerships, or sales (agribusiness value chains, logistics, or technology sales is an advantage)
• Skills: Strong organizational and follow-up skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools; ability to work independently in a fast-paced, budget-conscious environment

What you'll do

• Identify, qualify, and research potential partners in the Commercial Value Chain Partners categories
• Support preparation of partnership proposals, presentations, draft MOUs, and commercial agreements
• Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on meetings, site visits, and stakeholder engagements
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements and SLAs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners
• Maintain an accurate partnership pipeline, CRM/partner register, and documentation
• Conduct partner due diligence and prepare opportunity assessment profiles
• Assist in monitoring partnership performance and contribute to quarterly review reports
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on partnership pipeline, conversions, revenue contribution, and marketing impact
• Ensure timely handover of qualified/signed partnerships to the Commercial and Delivery Lead
• Track and manage activity budgets for assigned categories to ensure cost efficiency
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the Head of Partnerships and Growth
