Who can apply

• Matric (National Senior Certificate) is required.
• A relevant Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
• Approximately 2-3 years’ experience in sales support, merchandising, order processing, customer service, buying/procurement support, or a similar commercial environment.
• Experience in textiles, manufacturing, retail supply, FMCG, or another product-based environment is advantageous.
• Exposure to dealing with customers, suppliers/service providers, and internal operational teams.
• Basic understanding of orders, quotations, pricing, costing, or margins is beneficial.
• Strong administration, follow-up, planning, and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and a professional customer-service approach.
• Energetic, proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
