What you'll do

• Set targets, performance plans, and standards for sales reps
• Lead weekly sales performance review meetings
• Conduct thorough performance reviews once or twice per year
• Coach individual sales representatives via phone and prospecting sessions
• Participate in sales call rides and field days
• Counsel, support, and discipline underperforming reps
• Develop and enforce a scalable sales process and CRM usage
• Plan and implement training programs and monthly skills sessions
• Hold team building events
• Recruit, select, onboard, and train new Sales Reps
• Motivate the team with contests, incentives, and prizes
• Manage customer needs, resolve escalated issues, and set pricing plans
• Determine and assign sales quotas and targets
• Project and forecast revenue for sales territories
• Track metrics, analyse data, and report back
• Collaborate with marketing on lead generation
• Prepare budgets and approve expenditures
• Monitor competition and industry trends
• Advance professional knowledge through workshops and networks
