• Lead Finance Division communications: draft announcements, priority rollouts, and organisational cycle materials.
• Maintain the division’s communications calendar and coordinate inputs, timelines, and follow-ups with department leads.
• Prepare presentation decks, briefing notes, data summaries, and other materials for senior leadership.
• Translate complex data and analytical findings into clear insights, recommendations, and actionable messages.
• Coordinate the Finance Division’s governance calendar, including leadership meetings, quarterly forums, and annual events.
• Support agenda development, meeting logistics, preparation of materials, and follow-up on key decisions and actions.
• Monitor progress against divisional priorities and OKRs, identifying risks, dependencies, and areas requiring leadership attention.
