• Oversee day-to-day operations across retail, warehouse, and administrative functions.
• Manage inventory, including stock levels, counts, discrepancies, and accurate records.
• Coordinate procurement, supplier relationships, and stock replenishment.
• Supervise order fulfilment, logistics, and deliveries.
• Monitor sales performance and identify operational improvements.
• Develop and implement operational policies, processes, and SOPs.
• Prepare operational, inventory, and performance reports.
• Lead, coach, and manage operations and retail teams.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and customer service teams.
• Identify process improvements, cost savings, and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and best practices.
• Support the Managing Director with strategic initiatives and projects.
