• 5 years of relevant experience in hotel, hospitality, restaurant, or related operations
• At least 3 years in a senior management role
• Experience managing both hotel and restaurant/F&B operations is preferred

What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel and restaurant
• Lead and manage department heads and operational teams
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, occupancy, and restaurant performance
• Monitor budgets, expenses, procurement, inventory, and cost control
• Maintain high standards of guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, and service delivery
• Develop and enforce operational policies, SOPs, and service standards
• Manage guest complaints and ensure effective service recovery
• Work with Finance, HR, Procurement, and other departments
• Identify opportunities for business growth, partnerships, events, and increased revenue
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, regulatory, and company requirements
• Provide regular reports and performance updates to the Managing Director/Owner
