What you'll do

• Assist the baker with measuring, mixing, preparing, and baking products
• Prepare ingredients and ensure they are available when needed
• Assist with packaging and proper storage of finished products
• Keep the production area, equipment, and work surfaces clean and sanitized
• Follow recipes, production procedures, and food-safety standards
• Assist with loading, arranging, and moving baking supplies and products
• Monitor ingredients and notify the supervisor when supplies are running low
• Support the team with other bakery production duties as required
