• Offers sent by email will not be accepted.
• Register or log in to the portal using reference number UNDP-NER-00683.
• Access the negotiation via the portal or use the quicklink.
• Upload required documents in the system.
• Use the portal’s messaging feature for any clarification requests; responses will be provided in writing without disclosing the source.
• Indicate intent to submit by creating a draft response in the system to receive notifications if requirements change.
