The UNDP is seeking a National Consultant on Gender, Social and Environmental Standards (SES), and Stakeholder Engagement for the Rural Electrification for Community Wellbeing project in Chad.

• 40 days of work between July 2026 and March 2027, mainly home-based with field consultations as needed.

What you'll do

• Conduct gender analyses and stakeholder consultations.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans.
• Integrate gender and SES considerations into project documents.
• Support preparation of the Project Document (ProDoc) and GEF submission dossier.
