What you'll do

• Support regional teams, training initiatives, and field trials from ideation to roll-out
• Conduct field visits, monitor trials, and assist with data collection and analysis
• Provide technical guidance to program teams and design standardized data tools
• Contribute to cross-department collaboration and farmer training (including nursery management)
