Chargé(e) Administration

Première Urgence Internationale (PUI) is recruiting a Chargé(e) Administration to support financial, accounting, HR and administrative management at its base in Kousseri, Cameroon.

What it offers

• Direct support to the Head of Administration in managing accounting, finance, HR and administrative operations for the base.
• Responsibilities span cash and accounting management, budget tracking, recruitment and onboarding, payroll preparation, HR reporting, contract tracking, and document archiving.

• Candidates must be ready to work under the direct supervision of the Head of Administration in the Far North region of Cameroon.

What you'll do

• Accounting & Treasury: Handle cash operations, reconcile accounts, ensure correct budget line imposition, prepare monthly/annual closures, import accounts into SAGA, and maintain cash supply requests.
• Financial & Budgetary Management: Verify budget compliance, update budget tracking tools, support cost optimization, and assist during internal and external audits.
• Recruitment & Integration: Draft job offers, coordinate recruitment timelines, manage candidate selection, prepare onboarding documents, conduct administrative briefings, and ensure full compliance of new hire files.
• HR Operations & Personnel Administration: Collect and verify timesheets and leave balances, ensure quarterly leave planning, and support HR reporting and contract tracking.
