The Ministry of Base Development and Social and Solidary Economy, via ADTPME, invites applications from very small, small and medium enterprises (TPME) with high growth potential in agricultural value chains.

What you'll do

• Submit a complete application dossier for evaluation by a selection panel.

How to apply

1. Constitution du dossier de candidature

   • Submit two (02) copies of the dossier, including:
     • Duly completed Fiche d’identification de l’entreprise
     • Financial statements:
       • Two (02) latest years for TPME led by men
       • One (01) latest year for TPME led by women
     • Legal document (one of):
       • Photocopy of the Carte Unique de Création d’Entreprise
       • Certificate of registration at the RCCM

2. Téléchargement / retrait de la fiche d’identification

   • Period: From 02 June 2026, during working days 08h30–12h00 and 14h30–17h00
   • Locations:
     • ADTPME headquarters (Avédji – Lomé)
     • NUNYALAB (Maison des jeunes de Lomé)
     • Maison des jeunes de Kara
     • Maison des jeunes de Dapaong
     • Guichet d’accueil des jeunes de Kpalimé (quartier Kpeta)

3. Modalités de dépôt des candidatures

   • Physical submission: At the same locations where the forms are collected
