What you'll do

• Implement the Business Development strategy and plans for the assigned portfolio and targets.
• Manage risks to achieve a quality portfolio through client training, loan appraisal, portfolio management, loan repayment and follow-up.
• Ensure deposits are apportioned as per customers’ payment within the stipulated time.
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential customers.
• Create awareness through marketing activities including promotion & outreach programs.
• Carry out customer screening, recruitment, training and evaluation in the targeted markets.
• Perform loan appraisal, assessment and loan processing in line with the credit policy.
• Ensure service delivery through regular group/customer visits, customer feedback, loan progress and repayment plans.
• Prepare daily group status reports and share with the branch team.
• Identify and recommend best practices for innovation to ensure new & improved processes, products and services.
• Implement service quality, customer excellence and change initiatives.
