What you'll do
- Own and grow the Food Service channel in the assigned region

- Drive new customer acquisition and coverage growth across institutions, schools, eateries, vendors, and caterers
- Drive recipe switching, detailing, and pre-selling execution
- Track performance, identify gaps, and own recovery plans
- Work with General Trade and distributors to resolve stock and transaction issues
- Report performance to leadership with clear analysis and recommendations
