Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, health sciences, social sciences, development studies, business administration, or a related field; a relevant Master’s is an advantage
• At least 5 years’ substantive experience in routine immunization, primary healthcare, public health, health systems strengthening, or a closely related field
• Demonstrated experience working with or alongside the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA), particularly the Routine Immunization Working Group
• Strong working knowledge of Nigeria’s routine immunization system and of demand creation for routine immunization
• Experience within or working closely with an international NGO, development organization, or government institution, and experience engaging health-sector stakeholders
• Experience representing an organization in meetings, workshops, or technical forums

What you'll do

• Build and maintain productive working relationships with government officials, development partners, INGOs, NGOs, and other stakeholders, including NPHCDA, Federal Ministry of Health institutions, and state health authorities
• Participate in meetings, workshops, technical working groups, and forums as delegated
• Represent New Incentives professionally in technical and program-level engagements
• Identify and develop partnership opportunities; prepare briefs, concept notes, presentations, proposals, and other partnership documents
• Maintain an up-to-date stakeholder database and contact map; document key interactions and prepare regular updates and briefing notes
• Apply knowledge of Nigeria’s routine immunization system and demand creation to support effective engagement
