One Acre Fund is hiring a fixed-term Trees Execution Coordinator to lead agroforestry program delivery in Malawi’s Ntcheu district.

What you'll do

• Lead recruitment and training of field staff (e.g., Interns, District Senior Supervisors)
• Train District Supervisors, Senior Field Officers, and Field Assistants on program activities
• Plan and prioritize field team work using program scorecards and escalation tools
• Visit the field at least once a week, splitting time between HQ and the field
• Provide actionable feedback to District Supervisors and Senior Field Officers
• Compile weekly reports from District Supervisors for the wider team
• Coordinate weekly IV Team and biweekly field team meetings
• Design and create field data collection tools
• Analyze KPIs and recommend improvements
• Collect and update village verification data at the EPA level
• Conduct seedlings distribution data reconciliation
• Track and record seasonal learnings for future expansion
